Scope
Complete remodels, not small repairs
We take on whole rooms and whole floors: kitchens, bathrooms, and full interior renovations where layout, systems, and finishes all change together. Small patch-and-repair work is not what this crew is set up for.

How the work runs
Ordered so the house stays liveable
We manage subcontractors, scheduling, and on-site progress to keep projects organized and moving forward.
-
Scope and measure
We walk the rooms, confirm what is moving and what is staying, and identify anything that needs a permit before pricing.
-
Selections and supply
Cabinetry, tile, and finish selections are locked early. Managing material supply alongside construction keeps lead times from stalling the schedule.
-
Demolition and systems
Demolition, framing changes, and electrical and plumbing updates happen as one phase so walls are only opened once.
-
Finish and walkthrough
Cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and trim complete the work, followed by a punch list and final walkthrough with you.

Common questions
Before you request an estimate
Do you take on small repair jobs?
No. This work is focused on complete remodels — a full kitchen, a full bathroom, or a whole interior — rather than small repairs or single-item replacements.
Can you move walls or change the layout?
Yes. Structural changes, wall removal, and layout changes are part of a full remodel, along with the permits those changes require.
Do you supply materials, or do we?
Either. We can manage material supply alongside the construction, which gives better control over timelines and finishes, or install what you have selected and purchased.
