Scope
Tenant improvement, built to the specialty
Medical and imaging spaces carry requirements ordinary office fit-outs do not — equipment loads, shielding, dedicated power and gas, and clinical finish standards. We have built these, along with animal clinics, religious facilities, and schools.

How the work runs
Built around the equipment and the inspection
Coordination of permits, documentation, and construction for real estate investors and development projects, and for the practices and operators who occupy the space.
-
Requirements review
Equipment cut sheets and vendor requirements are reviewed before framing starts, so power, structure, and clearances are right the first time.
-
Permit and code path
The permit set, accessibility requirements, and any specialty approvals are identified up front rather than discovered at inspection.
-
Rough-in coordination
Electrical, data, plumbing, and mechanical are sequenced against the equipment delivery date, not against each other.
-
Finish and handover
Clinical and commercial finishes go in last, followed by inspection, punch list, and a documented handover.

Common questions
Before you request an estimate
Have you built imaging and medical spaces before?
Yes. Completed project types include medical offices, imaging centers, animal clinics, and professional suites, alongside retail and office tenant improvement.
Can you coordinate directly with our equipment vendor?
Yes. Equipment requirements are reviewed before framing so the rough-in matches the cut sheets rather than being reworked afterwards.
Can work be phased so part of the practice stays open?
Where the layout allows it, yes. Phasing and temporary partitions are worked into the schedule during the scope review.
