One schedule from foundation to handover

Pre-construction
Drawings, permit path, budget, and schedule are settled before the first trade is booked, so the sequence is known rather than improvised.

Structure and envelope
Foundation, framing, roof, and envelope are driven to a weather-tight point as one continuous phase.

Systems and interior
MEP rough-in, insulation, and drywall follow on a fixed sequence, with inspections booked as each stage completes.

Finish and handover
Millwork, cabinetry, and finishes go in last. The project closes with a punch list and a documented walkthrough.
Project plates
[NEEDS SERGEI] Custom home photography needed — an exterior, a structural or framing shot, and a completed interior. A single project shown across all three phases would be stronger than three unrelated images.

Before you request an estimate
Do you build from our architect’s plans?
Yes. We build to your drawings and coordinate the permit set, the trades, and the inspection schedule against them.
Do you take on major structural work on an existing house?
Yes. Major structural projects and additions fall under the same scope as ground-up construction.
How is a custom home project scheduled?
As one continuous schedule from foundation to handover, with inspections booked as each phase closes rather than batched at the end.
