Warranty & Workmanship Policy

Selena Group Corporation stands behind the quality of its workmanship and construction services. Warranty coverage applies to labor performed by Selena Group and is subject to the conditions outlined below.

Workmanship Warranty
We provide a limited warranty on workmanship for completed projects. Warranty coverage applies to installation-related issues resulting from our work under normal use conditions.

Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:

• materials supplied by others or manufacturer defects 
• normal wear and tear 
• damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or modifications by others 
• issues related to building movement, structural shifts, or environmental conditions 

Manufacturer Warranties
Products and materials may be covered by separate manufacturer warranties. Selena Group does not extend or replace manufacturer warranties.

Warranty Requests
Warranty requests must be submitted with a description of the issue and, if possible, photos. We will review and respond accordingly.

Project-Specific Terms
Warranty terms may vary depending on project type, scope, and contract agreements. Specific warranty details will be outlined in project contracts when applicable.
